G35 cranks but wont start

Hello I have a 2003 g35 coupe with 140k. The car runs, idles and drives how it should. A couple days ago, I was trying to see why my trunk switch doesnt open the trunk and I think I found my solution, the glove box safety trunk switch is broken! Anyway while I was trying to figure this out, my doors were open and I accidently left them open overnight (the car was in my garage) note that the lights stay on when the door is open. So the next day I try and start the car it wouldnt even crank and my interior lights and dash was dimming and I went straight to the battery and charged it up. I charged the battery overnight and now it seems to crank fine but just wont start up? The radio, headlights, interior lights, etc work, but one thing that i found wierd is that the windows dont work at all, the windows worked perfectly fine before I left my door open and drained my battery. I was thinking it might be the camshaft position sensor, but again the car ran and everything worked perfectly before I drained my battery! Please let me know what you think it might be thanks!

It's got 2 doors 😂
i did a little research as well and found another owner had same problem you were describing and he had a spare key he had been using and the chip went bad, he switched back to factory key and car started right up with no further issues. hope that helps man. id try that one last thing and then make a decision.
