My little sister has a g35 sedan with a scratched up passenger side headlight it looks to be beyond repairable. The clear coat it gone on half of it and you can feel it with your finger if you run it across it.
Any tips would be cool.
But the reason I'm here is to see if there's a website where they sell just the clear plastic lens (not the whole assembly).

Unfortunately there is no such thing. Best bet is to find a used OEM light in good condition or buy a cheap replacement on eBay and swap the lenses.

 

Best you can do is buy an aftermarket assembly and swap the lenses. I've had mine on for two winters now and they are holding up great.
