2003 G35 coupe low miles, very good condition.

I'm frustrated with the method of attachment for the rear license plate - two lock nuts (kinda) that move around. I feel as if I'm going to lose the plate. I have searched and can't find any alternative/better method for affixing the rear plate.

Also, I have removed the shorter rear springs, and shorter strut/spring/mount assembly. These are for sale and don't have that many miles on them and are in good condition. Where would I post these for the purpose of selling them?
