Saying hello from the midwest

whats up everyone! haven't been on a car forum in years. I have had my 06 g35 for almost a year now. recently decided I needed new rims and tires since airing up my back right tire every other day has gotten to be really old. I have been tearing my hair out looking for rims that have the price tag that doesn't kill me, specs that I think I can run and all in a style that doesn't look half bad.

I've decided that Cosmis XT-006Rs are something that I'm interested in but not entirely sure if I use them without much issue. Pretty sure I'm at stock height right now, and the specs on the rims in question are 18x9.5 with +10 offset all the way around. Also went to a shop to price tires for them and the guy behind the tire was recommending that I go with 225/40R18. Went on reddit and got super mixed answers So I've decided to take to the forum.

Hoping that someone might be able to shine some light on whether or not I'll be able to run these with no effort, or if I do need to modify somethings, what would I be looking at.

Seth
