I I paid $250 to fix my back trunk and after 3 months it stop working it doesn't open at all I hit that button on the emergency latch is broken from from what they did to the car I am just totally confused about what to do next time I'm thinking about just giving it a good *** kick what's the best way to open to get your back trunk open without no keyless remote no emergency latch and the button inside the car doesn't work

The wires between the trunk and the body have sheared off (tore in half). Common issue with this car.

Hello Jackie sorry your having issues with your car. This isn't the type of post to report to the moderators though, that function is for members to report rules violations and that type of administrative issue.

Is your SES light on in the instrument panel? If so that let's you know you have a problem with the way the car functions and will reveal diagnostic trouble codes (referred to as DTC's) that will narrow down the source of your issues. If you don't have a scanner or other way to pull these codes yourself find someone who does. Most auto parts stores will do this for you for free but you obviously have to take the car to them. Without some sort of specific help like this there is no way we can guess what might be the issue, it could literally be dozens of things that might be wrong. You might end up having to have it towed somewhere to have the specific cause of the problem identified and repaired. GL and hope this helps you some.
