Transmission oil cooler line leak

Hey guys, I drive an 08 g35 sedan and I've been having problems with the transmission line that runs to the radiator leaking right at the joint where it changes from metal to rubber. At first I replaced just the hose clamp and when that didn't work I replaced the rubber part with a length of fuel line thinking maybe the original rubber had broken down and cracked. This seemed to work for a bit but soon started leaking again. I put on 2 hose clamps at either end ( at the radiator and the joint between metal and rubber) and still can't get it to stop leaking. Is there such a thing as the cooler being plugged up and putting to much pressure in the lines? And how does the cooler work for sure. I assume it runs through the inside of the radiator somewhere seeing that the lines run straight into it. Thanks for any help!

I doubt its clogged, but you can disconnect both sides and easily test for that. Sounds like the hose to me.
