Kid hit the curb... Right Side - Passenger Wheel

So my son rashed the wheel by hitting a large curb. Now his G35 - 2004 pulls hard to the right. I had a local person look at it. He said both upper and lower control arms, along with the possibility of the strut needing to be replaced. So I started by replacing the lower control arm with a new one. No change... in the pulling to the right. The steering wheel is also crooked/tipped to the right. SLIP light is now on. When I measured the distance between the rear part of the fender and the tire. It looks to be closer on the damaged side by about a 1/2 inch. I have an appointment with another shop for a second opinion. Just new to the site so wanted to toss it out... Any thoughts on what all could be messed up? Kids! LOL...

Sounds like something bent, get measurements of the front subframe brace and look for anything bent. Could be anything. A reputable alignment shop can probably spot the problem in seconds.

Hit the curb on the opposite side about as hard. That oughta do it.

Well, your lower control arm is new. So, that leaves the upper + strut + hub + sway bar and steering rod/tie rod. If the subframe has shifted that can be hard to spot by just looking, but otherwise best thing would be to get under there and do exactly that...look. If you're not used to knowing what things look like then take both front wheels off and compare

Just wanted to update everyone. It turned out that the lower control arm and the rearward control arm was bent. After we replaced them, then we were able to do the alignment. So that was good news! It ended up costing about $100 in parts and $75 alignment.
