hi everybody I’m new here. I have 2007 Infiniti g35 sedan base model. Does anyone know how to take the outside door pillar post off? I live in Florida and I am the second owner but pillars are toasted from the sun. I want to remove them so I can sand them down prime and paint them. I rather take them off if I can. I was thinking of leaving them on but I don’t want to scratch the chrome trim around window. I tried looking online and all I found was videos of people just placing a newer pillar post on top of old pillar post.
