I recently purchased a 2003 G35 6MT in desert platinum and willow interior with 69k miles on the clock. It's got all the extra options except navigation. I'm obsessed with modding so I decided to join this forum to get some guidance and hopefully help out some members. The car came with a clear bra on it that is very old and cracked and looks terrible. So far I spent a few hours removing it from just the headlights. I'll wait until it warms up a bit outside before tackling the rest of it. One of the first things I noticed is that the radio and climate controls stop working after the car has warmed up or sometimes as soon as I start the car. I realize that they are tied together and I have the Bose sound system. The first thing I am going to do is install a double din JDM dash kit and replace the entire sound system. The CD player ate the previous owner's CDs which I understand is a common issue for this model. I'm looking forward to modding with you all.
