I don't have the time/space/tools to do it myself, but my trans is not in great condition. If I'm pulling really hard it doesn't want to go in 5th, and I get occasional grinds on aggressive 4-3 downshifts unless I double clutch. How much would it cost to do just the replacement? I could source a used cd009 for sure. I'm just trying to decide if it's worth it to do before I sell the car.

After shipping, tax, etc it cost me around $2100 to purchase a brand new one last year. Call your local Nissan store and ask for a price on part number 32010-CD00A. The CD009 is actually an older revision now, the CD00A is the current latest and greatest revision of the 6MT, also, you don't need to buy fluid, they come pre-filled. I wasn't aware of that at the time and accidentally bought fluid for it as well.
