Not really new but back again.
I introduced myself a few years ago with the 6 speed coupe I bought but I wasnt really active on here as I was mostly into turbo volvos. Well I sold my last volvo saturday and picked this up to daily drive as the Fiancees butt fits better in the Coupe seats than mine.
Its a 2005 with 35000 original miles. One owner and all maintennce done at the dealership at which it was purchased. Other than cracks in the dash and the door panels peeling it is absolutely perfect. I have ordered a coverlay dash cap and will figure out the door panels this weekend. Seats are absolutely perfect. Looking forward to slightly modifying it and driving the hell out of it.

Not sure how bad your door panels are but this seems to be the best solution so far
