6 Speed Manual, Navi package
New Member 06 G35 Coupe 6mt

Just checking in,
Bought a 2006 G35 Coupe 6 speed manual with 147,000 miles in August of 2019. Unfortunately, I blew the motor in December.

Currently replacing the motor with a used one with 70,000 miles that includes warranty and documentation of the engines history.

Car is bone stock, except for a carbon fiber diffuser. Nothing major.

Congrats on the new car, and the newer motor too I suppose.

Make sure you get the correct engine, you should have a rev-up in your '06 6MT not the regular VQ35DE.

Thank you, appreciate it. I did get the rev-up motor as my mechanic found one for a great deal, just hoping it'll last awhile.

Check the oil weekly and it will last a very long time. Don't check the oil it'll last about 6 months maybe.
