Shifting a lil wierd
Hi everyone i have a g35 2004 with almost 300k & i notice that after ive been driving for a while when im coming out a stop or on a turn when i dont completely stop it shifts kinda jerky sometimes it even feels like someone bumped me from behind... The fluid is fine i got & no check engine light & it runs fine other than that lil issue... Any idea what it might be???

First inspect the driveshaft u-joints and carrier bearing for wear, then check the rear diff input shaft/ring gear for play.
Have you been keeping up on transmission fluid changes?
At 300k there's a LOT of parts near failure so it could be quite a few things, gotta get the car up in the air and start looking.

There is no timing belt it's a timing chain and it wouldn't be causing jerky shifts.
Actually I bet I know what it is, your rear differential bushing is probably 100% shot. Maybe even missing big chunks out of it. You can look up under the car with your phone and take a picture to see if it's missing large chunks, if it's the OEM rubber bushing they're usually pretty shot by 60k miles, I imaging by 300k there's probably nothing left.
Most folks replace them with a polyurethane bushing.

Yeah it's the rear differential, that's basically the big round part in the middle hanging from the subframe cradle. It might not be the issue but it's a common failure point on these cars however it shouldn't make any difference in how long long the vehicle has been operating.
I suggest you take the vehicle into a reputable mechanic for a diagnostic before something actually BREAKS. That way you can schedule the repair on your own time instead of being stranded on the highway waiting for a tow truck.
