G35X Exhaust Help!!

Hello, new member here I have a 2004 Infiniti G35X and I am in a budget considering I am in high school and is hard to pay for 1K + exhaust, I am looking for a budget friendly exhaust preferably less than $350. I just want a bit of sound when driving around and if you have any recommendations please let me know. I have been looking at a eBay 350z exhaust that cost about $200 but I don’t know how it will sound and fit. I don’t want to do a muffler delete because I am afraid it will sound bad. Any recommendations on how to approach this or anyone selling any exhausts at the moment?

Get a pack of 1/8 washers and install them in between the muffler and mid-pipe flanges. This will leave a slight gap and give u slightly more sound. The more washers u install, the more gap and sound u will get. U can play around with different amount of washers til u get the sound u like.

I only installed one washer and it sounds OEM with a little more growl to it. I’ve had a few people actually think I have a nismo exhaust installed lol.

Try it...its cheap and I think you’ll like it.

It sounds funny but he's right. I inadvertently had this mod due to the flanges disintegrating on my mid-pipe and muffler. I tried using one of those two-piece flange repair kits and could never get it to seal completely. I also had a comment or two about my "aftermarket" exhaust.
