New member I daily drive a 2006 g35x for my back and forth from work commuter bought it to replace my mk4 golf and to keep miles off my pick up. Nothing special done to the car installed a Manzo stainless steel cat back the other day not to pleased with the exhaust note and have a drop in filter. Maybe looking to drop in some colder plugs and tune it in the near future. About myself I'm a diesel technician at a International Peterbilt dealer.

welcome bd. what don't you like about the exhaust note? i daily the same vehicle. i've been battling rusting out exhaust system forever and eventually put on Megan Y-pipe and coupe mid but have rusted out flange between mid and muffler. I put on Berk HFC just for fun because there was a cheap set on here but then felt like I needed to have the car tuned so it turned out not to be so cheap after all.

 

I don't know inside the car or sounds like a drone but I don't know how it sounds outside besides idle. I'm looking into getting it tuned.
