Issues with z1 motorsports

Hi anyone else ever have a issue when ordering from z1 motorsports I placed a order for a suspension package front upper control arms, rear camber arms, rear traction arms, and spc toe bolts . So they ship my front uppers then I get a email stating that they don't have all of the parts needed to make my camber arms and they will ship later this month now mind u they never gave me a choice to cancel transaction or anything just shipped half the order and they do not have the rest . There was nothing on the site about being out of stock on anything I ordered there used to be but I waited to order till it said it was not out of stock . Just seems like I have no option in the matter cause they have already shipped me parts . I thought I was doing a smart thing ordering from a known company anyone else ever had issues like this with them

I've not yet experienced anything like that. I ordered a set of 6 rubber bonded washers, only 5 showed up in the box. I emailed them and they replied with a tracking number showing they shipped the missing washer.
Very weird they didn't mark the parts as backordered on their site. Their customer service is some of the best I've experienced with automotive parts, I'd suggest you give them a call, that way you know for sure when they'll ship.

I have they said they are unsure when they will ship they r waiting on parts to make them no apology for not having it listed and yeah just I'll have to wait

Wow that's crazy!
Is there any chance you can return the items you have for a full refund?

I'd see if you can get them to pay return freight as well since you never agreed in writing for a partial delivery

Just call them, I've dealt with them for years and they always make it right. Covids probably delayed stuff for them.

Z1

I have no problem with waiting for things if I was told before I ordered it I find it odd that after I sent numerous emails stating they never said on the site or in follow up emails it was out of stock the shipped the rest of my order today I probably sent 8 emails back and forth about it going to take till end of the month for them to get them shipped cause they didn't have the parts needed to make them but all taken care of they did me right

Its kind of a mad house right now at z1 I drive over and get my parts for my g35 all the time since I live 10 mins from them and between the new construction going on for the add on building and covid I believe they are doing the best they can. I had to wait 2 months for my Y pipe to come in, don't quote me on this but I believe a good amount of there stuff isn't made in house, it has z1 logo and brand but its made else where and then shipped to the facility I mean why else would it take 2 months to get my stainless steel z1 Y pipe?? Its a metal pipe..But I do recommend them great parts and great guys.

Mistakes happen, and I'm sure they'll help rectify the situation. I've ordered from them a couple times and so far so good. Parts came quick, which is surprising considering the mail services seem to suck anymore, and everything was packaged well and correct.

I've gotten a new rear license bracket and lights my first order. 2nd order was BC coilovers and their Z1 brake master cylinder brace. So not all small parts. I usually call to confirm availability and order over the phone though. I hope you get everything figured out.

Strange PayPal problem on Z1 or they lie to me?

I place the bucks and ordered and paid Supercharger system and some bonus parts and fedex posting to my g35.
I paid it right away via PayPal 25.1.2022.
Now Z1 refuse to send or do anything. They claim to me that Paypal isn't secure money transfer system and wanting to me cancel order and take my Money back and do different wire transfer to bucks.
This sounds very weird because PayPal is option on their website!!!
and in their website on my account/orders is situation about my order "full paid".
So I dont see any problem, my Money is on Z1 account and they said is insecure And refuse do anything .

what is this????

Did you call them and talk to them? I have ONLY ever used Paypal through them, several orders, usually at least a thousand dollars per order, and I've never had an issue so something doesn't sound right to me.

Does your Paypal account show it's paid?

Definitely call and talk to them, 770-838-7777.

Yes, PayPal account shows receipt that amount is paid to Z1 and Money is gone from my account.
And Z1 account shows my order is " paid in full"
This is very strange?!

I prefer email ,because from Finland and english not perfect and different time zone.

Yes PayPal shows its paid and Z1 account site says its been "paid in full".
and they still wanking about how insecure payment method PayPal is and its wrong they said.
Z1 want different wire transfer?

Like I said you should check your Paypal account (or your bank account if you use Paypal as the intermediary) to make sure the money has been removed.

If you purchased it with Paypal Credit that might be the issue, I would definitely call and talk to Z1 on the phone about what exactly is the issue though.
