I have a 2005 G35 sedan. It has the stock tires and rims that are 235/45R/18. I'm trying to buy these rims but not sure if they will fit. They are. 225/40ZR/18 92W these are the tires the rims only say 18 universal. So can I put my tires on those rims or can I change the whole thing

 

Without knowing the wheel backspacing there's no way we can answer that question.

Your wheel vendor will also list the offset (ignore my term backspace, it's an old terminology and everyone uses offset nowadays).
