Relay is behind the passenger side kick panel under the glove box and it's blue, is that the fuel pump relay or another fuel pump relay? And if that circuit was compromise can I do anything to fix it

That relay is only on automatics and is for the TCM power supply.

Here's the relevant part of the FSM, unplug the relay, turn the key to ON and test for power at pin 2 and 5 on the relay. The relay harness number is F105 and you can see it's layout at the bottom of the schematic.

If you do NOT have power at pin 2 then it's not getting powered from the ECM relay in the IPDM, hopefully that would just be a blown fuse #82.

Same with pin 5, check fuse 71 in the IPDM

If it DOES have power then replace the relay, Autozone carries those blue OEM Nissan relays for some reason so you can get it there rather than the dealership.

Also to backtrack a bit, exactly what is the car doing right now, the engine cranks but it will not start?

Exactly it cranks over over really strong but won't fire I sprayed some some starting fluid in there intake just to see if it was a fuel problem and still nothing

I would pull a plug and see if you're even getting spark.

If no spark it could just be a cam or crank sensor issue.

Does the tach move while cranking?

So not getting spark ,changed camshaft x2 and crankshaft sensor and nothing I will get a meter or test light tomorrow and see if the relay is ge5ing power as suggested

Is your NATS security indicator light next to the dash SOLID RED while cranking? If so then the car doesn't recognize the RFID chip from the key and it's a NATS/IVIS interlock. This is fixed by having a locksmith or the dealership reprogram the BCM to accept the key.

Sometimes these BCM's just have a heart attack and forget the key programming for no apparent reason.
