You can't remove the factory alarm, it's part of the BCM, Body Control Module that controls all the chassis functions.
You CAN turn off the NATS/IVIS system, Nissan Anti-Theft System, Infiniti Vehicle Immobilizer System, using the Uprev tuning software. This requires a cable, a license, and the osiris/uprev software as well as a PC to run the program on. NATS is what requires the key transponder to start the car.

I am not sure about g35s as I just purchased one however I owned a Nissan 350Z which are almost identical and I believe the anti-theft system and immobilizer are built into the ECU and therefore cannot be removed but again I'm not an expert

Are you using a factory programmed key fob?
If not that may be the root cause of your problem?

How exactly what you're trying to describe OP. Are you trying to say that your NATS security indicator light is SOLID RED when trying to start the car? If so it usually means you need to have the car reprogrammed to accept your key. There is an RFID transponder inside the key that the car needs to be programmed to accept.
