Where could I buy that? I've been googling this and can't seem to find one for the 2004 G35. Thank you!

I didn't think you'd be able to buy just that half of the air box, but apparently CZP used to sell them. So it looks like you're looking for 16526-AC700. If you can't find any in stock new or don't want to pay that price, I'd suggest eBay or possibly that FB group. You don't want the one for the '04, you want the redesigned part for the rev-up engines ('06-'07) that will fit the standard DE engine ('03-'05 coupes).

The airbox will be from a 2005-2007 6MT coupe or 2005-2006 6MT sedan. Those were the ones that had the optional rev-up engine.

I would definitely be checking ebay, facebook marketplace, craigslist, etc.
