I don’t know much about cars,can someone tell me what part is this?

What part is this? I have a leak

Transmission oil pan.

Wipe it down good so you can find out exactly where it's leaking. That one is pretty rusty overall so it might have an actual hole in it somewhere.

If not, then my first guess would be the DRAIN PLUG that's in the top right corner of the pan in the picture, drain plug faces straight down toward the road and there's a crush washer on it that's supposed to be replaced every 30k miles when you do your transmission oil drain/fill scheduled maintenance.

If it's not the drain plug then the gasket is probably shot.

There will be about 4 quarts of fluid that comes out when you pull that plug. Make sure to properly refill your transmission, it's probably low if you are leaking and not refilling it.
