Just bought a G35, MISFIRING? BLINKING CEL plz Help!

Automatic 2006 G35 Coupe (218k Miles)
Went for a cruise one night and decided to see what the car could top out at. I had just bought it a month ago as my first car. i was on the highway and i was going about 220kmh (138 mph) car wouldnt go above that. couple weeks later tried it again, and held it out a little longer and as soon as i thought i should let off, i heard a faint thud. Not to sure where it came from, but i pushed the throttle and the rpms wouldnt go up. so i pulled over and as soon as i pulled over and stopped, car died, steering wheel stiff, and oil, brake, and engine light i beileve was on. and coolant temp shot straight up. got it to a safe place and had it towed next morning. Now The car has a very rough idle, sometimes it sound's like i have a cam in the exhaust. When i start it up for the first time i hear a loud fast knocking noise. sounds like its coming from one the cylinders not the timing belt, but not sure. when would give it gas it would shut off. So i replaced the fuel pump and that fixed the car shutting off problem. The car still has a very rough idle. and is still knocking when start up. Tonight i replaced the coil packs and spark plugs and now when i give the car gas the CEL light starts to blink. Is this maybe because one of the spark plugs are not completely in all the way? also what could the knocking be? Have had people tell me i need new engine, and people tell me it just misfiring. All the fluids seem fine to me. PLEASE HELP!

Get an OBD scanner and pull the codes. I’m guessing you have oil pressure issues.
