Please help! I have a 2013 G37 and it runs fine except if I park and turn off the car without getting out for a while, then it won’t start back up. I have to get a jump to start the car. This happens if I go to the park and sit in my car or if I pull into the driveway and sit in the car for a few minutes. I thought that if I turned the car off and then opened the door, that would solve the problem but it doesn’t. It seems like I have to park, turn the car off, and get all the way out (like I would going to work) in order for it to start back up properly later on. I’ve had the battery and alternator checked multiple times. All green lights. I’m not a mechanic at all! I’ve never had a push-to-start vehicle before but I didn’t know it would be like this. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone please shed some light on this?
