friend just got an 05 recently, also athens blue - great color!
i've personally never had problems with swirl marks after taking it in for a service. i guess it all depends on which dealership you use and how much they actually care. /shrug

Anyway, I think I saw you last night on 35 near Riverside. I was heading south and you (if it was you) were driving north, about to get onto the freeway. I'm assuming it was you because I rarely see Athens Blue and it kinda looked like you driving. Oh well. We'll jsut have to see how much faster your 6MT really is compared to my 5AT.

 

As soon as I break it in and get good at this shifting business, I'll let you know, we can run a few. I haven't seen any other Athens blue on the road anywhere.

 

The funny thing is that just 30 minutes or so after I typed that, I went to lunch and saw an Athens Blue G35 Coupe in the parking lot. Outside or pictures, I had never seen one (atleast that I can remember) until last night when I saw you. Kinda random I guess.
