First Post/New Owner: 6MT

Just wanted to say "Hi" -- I picked up the 6MT this past Saturday and, needless to say, really love it! Diamond Graphite with Graphite interior; all options except nav system and sat. radio. Superior in the twisties, and a really great ride -- in fact, my only "complaint" (if you can call it that) is that it is almost too civilized. Please don't laugh too hard, but I just came off of a Ford Cobra that was very well modded in the suspension department - with the bushing swap and race-valve shocks and stiff springs, I could feel EVERY bump in the road. The 6MT is like floating on air! I'm sure it will take me about two more days to completely forget the old car, because this one is simply outstanding.

Looking forward to learning a lot from the board!

Brian

Hi Brian, welcome to the boards! What year is the 6MT? You wont regret the switch, a good friend of mine who has been preaching nothing but cobras for years is selling his 03 right now (over 500 rwhp) and considering either a Z or a G. Nice trade

Congrats, Brian, and welcome to G35Driver........
No doubt you'll miss the Stang for a while, but the Coupe will help you get past it quickly.....enjoy the new ride.
