31 over.....ouch. Did they impound the car? I know they can be jackasses around these parts.

 

Got pulled over on 76W between the gulph mills exit and the mall exit....they didnt impound the car, just wrote me up for the speeding and seat belt.....

the magistrate district office is on 485 S. Henderson Rd, KOP.
