I thing Im going to by my car out-of-state in Penn. I'd like to know what kind of fees and tases you pay there. Anyone buy there car in Pittsburgh, too? What are there fees/rates there. Thanks a bunch!

You will pay taxes and fees based on your place of residence, not where you buy your car. Thus, a PA resident cannot go to Delaware to buy a car to get a sales tax benefit.

PA residents pay 6% sales tax--except in Phila, where you pay 7%.
