My Experience with Infiniti of Norwood (MA)
Long Story Short: Had my ebrake cable checked (and tightened) as it wasnt holding.
Just had the car detailed 2 days ago and get the car back and it has greasy handprints on 2-3 different spots amongst other things.
Checked the Nav to see how many miles had been put on and found out that they ended up taking my car for a 7 mile "joyride" in which they covered my rims with brake dust, got pitch on my car, and managed to drop my average mpg from 20.4mpg to around 18.5 (on my nav screen) and the BEST part is, they left a receipt in my car for 2 coffees from Starbucks.
Needless to say I was rip$hit and called to speak with the GM (on vacation) so I spoke with the service manager who assured me she'd speak with the "test-driver". I'm going to be calling back to speak with the GM once he returns.
Just an FYI for you guys who are close to Norwood...

I bought my 04 from them because I work in Westwood but I get service done at Kelly since I live in NW suburbs. I was just recently debating if I should just get the oil change done at Norwood while I'm at work. Sorry but thanks, you just convinced me to never go there.

That's such great news, If I could just convince 1 or 2 people to stay away from that place I would feel great.
That was my point, I bought an expensive car and if they're going to treat it like a beater I wont be bringing my car to them, and I'll tell everyone I know to avoid them. Unfortunatly I need to go back to have them replace my CD player (CD jammed) but after that I will never go back...EVER.
Please do me a favor, and avoid them - the only reason I go is out of convenience (being that I live in Walpole) but I'm going to be searching for another dealership to take care of my needs.
