We have a room available in a 3 bedroom apartment which is the lower half of a 2 family house. We are both single working proffesionals seeking the same. We have a fenced in backyard and driveway parking. There is a large living room and a finished basement with washer and dryer. We are walking distance to the Bergen Main Line train and NJ transit buses. Utilites are not included with rent. We have cable and wireless internet. You can move in ASAP and we can pro-rate Augusts rent. We will need a security deposit of $625 for move in.
