Northeast PA Dealer Recommendation

Northeast PA Dealer Recommendation
Hello there,
I recently moved to King of Prussia, PA from mid-west. I have the 60K miles service coming up and have no experience with Infiniti service centers in the area. Any recommendation based on your experience with service centers/dealerships in the area? Zip code search lists the following:
- Infiniti of Ardmore
- Infiniti of Willowgrove
- Infiniti of West Chester
Thanks in advance,
2004 G35S 6MT, Blk on Blk, Everything.

I used to live in the area. Infiniti of Willow Grove is a nice clean place and they try to help, but they scratched up my driver's window and sunroof by not being careful. As for Ardmore, it is probably a good one since that area has some money. I don't know about Infiniti of West Chester.

I have been to Willow Grove a few times. I bought my car there and then for most of the oil changes. Also had my 15,000 mile service there, either that or whatever other mile service is around there. Not too bad...nice guys.
Although, When I went in for an oil change at about 21,500 miles, I have used the regular oil the dealer uses since I bought it when it had 1,900 miles on it. I brought sythentic oil for them to use and the guy told me not to put it in because it will ruin the car!! He claimed that if I wanted to put synthetic in that I should've done it a lot earlier, mileage wise.
He said that since the engine is already broken in that switching to synthetic will cause the pistons, etc.. extra wear because the sythentic will break down the regular oil and blah blah blah. He was going on and on and sort of scared me away from putting the synthetic in.

I went to Willow Grove (oil) and Ardmore (brakes). Both were good though Willow Grove is a longer drive I feel than Ardmore. Also, Ardmore service is separate from the Sales dept. (it's off of Church road, which right now has construction on it). I think if I had the choice between the two I'd go to Ardmore.

I bought my car from West Chester last year, and just bought another one (the FX45) from them this year. They do a good job with the car, and customer service is excellent. I had to replace a vent coz it was buzzing, and they replaced it with no problem at all, and they even replaced some bearings on the back axle, coz it sounded like a can was popping.
Some of the mechanics there have been on the G35 board, and knows what this forum is all about, so it's nice to know that they'll take extra care of your car.

Thanks for all the feedback. I ended up going to Infiniti of Willow Grove. I found the service consultant (Matt) to be courteous and honest. The tech workmanship was very much as expected also. I think i am going to stick with Infiniti of WG for future service needs as well.
Thanks again for all your input.
