got ticket for loud music

altered or modified muffler is what i got tickets for -- it's fightable if thye didnt have a decible meter for proof.

they know that the majority of people are just going to pay it, because the money is enough to be annoying, but in many cases, it's not enough to lose a whole day's worth of work. years ago i got a $45 ticket on the jersey parkway for not paying the 35 cent toll. I know i paid it because i had a roll of tokens in my car all the time. but you have to go to court and it usually takes the whole day. so i lose a day's worth of pay or lose 45.

I heard that the rule is that you can get a ticket if your radio can be heard more than 25 feet away.
Didn't you guys see the video online with the guy in the Jeep who was listening to Bill O'Reilly's talk show, and a cop gave him a ticket for having it too loud?
