how was his service? how was the turnaround time and is he expensive..my friend has maya rims and he curbed one rime and the lip got scratched up and grinded..basically he wants to fix it cheap..the rim is a 3 piece forged rim...where is he located in LI?

 

No such thing as getting quality work for cheap unless the guy doing teh work is a fool! That said, Kevin has done countless wheels for guys here and everyone who has used him said he is the best and they would use him again. Depending on when you catch him (Busy season or not) will determine his turnaround time.

Kevin does great work. People from all over routinely ship then their wheels. Marchesano from Philly shipped is Junction Produce Scara's with a chunk taken out to him. He repaired the wheel to better then new!

+1. A very genuine person who takes pride in his work. Very honest and from what I have experienced, great turn around time. I have done work with him and will use him exclusively for all my rim repairs or metal work...I definitely recommend him and his prices in my opinion are beyond reasonable..

I think he's cheap. I scrapped my Work wheel and he only charged me $70 to fix it.
