Infiniti Dealer Opinions
I'm looking at buying a G in the Spring. I bought my current car in 2003 from Kelly Infiniti, a 1998 Nissan Maxima. My experience was great.
I recently inquired via email as to the drastic price drop on their coupes. They said it was due to the fall/winter season, which makes sense. Anyway, I had previously told the sales manager that I was waiting until the Spring to buy. I also told them exactly what I was looking for when they got back to me about the price drop, so they could have it on file. Not 10 minutes later, I get a call from a sales guy telling me has a car in stock bla bla bla... I specifically said that I wanted no spoiler, DG color, absolutely no curb rash, sunroof, among other things. I log on and see the car he's talking about, it has a spoiler and curb rash that is clearly visible on the site and no sunroof. Maybe I'm overreacting but I told them twice I was waiting until the Spring and they still call me with a car that isn't what I want. Anyone else have buying history here? I have heard bad things about Norwood. Any and all advice is appreciated.

he's in mass if he went to kelly infiniti....
i also bought my car from kelly infiniti of danvers,ma and so has most of my team Team 350 Gz, theres abt 7=8 of us who all got our cars from there...i love the service and the way your treated as a kid..cause im only 24 and when i owned my lexus gs400 2002,a nd went into ira lexus they looked at me like wtf you doing here...like since i was a kid i didnt belong they thoguht...meh
well i liek kelly infiniti of danvers if your local...i would go see Brain or Hon Jin
Brian has a 2006 g35 sedan on 20's and knows what he is talking abt...and Hon Jin had 2 G35 coupes but drives a audi now

i dont know about kelly infiniti, but quirk infiniti was great to deal with when i bought my sister her new g35 sedan.
we came in, told the salesguy straight-up how much we wanted to pay and how much we wanted for the trade-in, and he beat our expectations!
we walked out in less than an hour with papers for a brand new g35x

I shopped at Kelly Infiniti, Infiniti of Norwood, Quirk Infiniti, and Herb Chambers Infiniti.
I was treated most professionally and courteously by James, the sales manager, and Sammy, the hot asian babe, at Chambers Infiniti. They didn't try to sell me other crap that I didn't want, and only called me later when he had what I was looking for in stock. They gave me my space and didn't pressure me at all. I was impressed.
I ended up driving to Smithtown, Long Island to get the exact 05 that I wanted, but if I could have, I would have bought at Herb Chambers.

Else if you wanna drive to Warwick, RI and go to Inskip Infiniti. That's where I bought mine. You just have to know how to deal with the sales staff and understand where the numbers are coming from, and you'll be all set. Plus they have a KILLER service/parts department. Can't beat them!

Go see Jim Daly and tell him Sean with the DG 6mt Sedan (who got it delivered with all the plastics) sent you. I picked mine 06 up in May for invoice. They have a great operation there.
