i dont know of any places specifically in that are, but you cant really go wrong around there. I have a buddy that lives in hackensack, and it's not bad over there. if you want to live somewhere w/ a nyc skyline view, fort lee is close by . it all depends on how much you want to spend....

South Hackensack. Haha! Im buying a condo in Hackensack. You want to be near the hospital they call it the Fairmont area. I just saw today a one and one in a building we really like for 1475 a month. It has 9ft ceilings harwood floors and eat in kitchen. I think its 1000sqft. The building is called the Beechwood. But anything on Prospect street is nice. Stay away from anything in South Hackensack its got alot of drugs, prostitution, strip clubs, and XXX video stores. In a 1 mile town.

hey jersey is not as bad... there is always a bad neighborhood in every state...ive lived in many states, since the army moves me around. I will say this no place ive ever been gives you the diversity that Jersey does. You will find somethin to like trust me... as for ur question of nice places.. maywood, lodi, saddle brook are nice. If you dont mind driving a bit.. Union, millburn and springfield are nice too.. if you like shopping many great malls just 10 min away..
