From: Pothole Central and still ridin slammed...Boston
Went and dropped the loaner truck off this morning at the delaer and got a nice little hook up. I lost one set of my keys somewhere i my house (don't know where but I know they're in the house) So the service manager gave me a break and hooked me up with a copy of my key and remote at discount. Got my oil changed, car detailed windows fixed and seat as well. The problem with the seat was the ground wire had become ungrounded and needed to be connected. The problem with the windows were the stabelizer felts needed to be replaced because they were leaving grease spots. Everything was under warranty so no charge, Paid 90.00 bucks for my key, remote and, programming, 45.00 for my oil change and got my car lubed and detailed free of charge!

Wow...I'm impressed (and shocked) with your experience there. You sure this was the same Herb Chambers on Commonwealth Ave!?!?

When you say detailed, I think you mean, they washed the exterior & vacuumed the car......right? Detailed means washed, waxed & interior cleaned & shined/leather conditioned...... Which was it?

I have had quite a bit of work, billable and warranty, done at Inskip Infiniti in Warwick Ri. They have always been very VERY helpful and educated, and never once tried to up-sell anything. Bring the car in, tell them what I need, and it's done on time, or early. I know it's a hike, and out of the area you're probably looking.
