werd... but no one respects other peoples property nowadays, they dont understand the concept that the loaner cars are leased and need to stay in good shape.

Considering how rare it is for dealers to have them, they gotta go ruin it for the rest of us. Audi does loaner cars, but usually only if u bought it there new, and most often they stick you in a Cavalier

+1 and throw gas back into the loaner -- bringing it in empty doesn't help but you'll get charged now

Werd... My dealer offers either a one time charge, or leave your CC info and gas it urself. Some bastards drive it empty and take the 20 buck charge, dealer gets stuck..

yeah we charge $15 initial fee. if you bring it back w/ 1/4 tank how you pickd it up you get reimbursed. we used to spend almost $8000 on gas for the month on 52 loaner vehicles we have

I bought a bottle of febreeze and doused the whole car.....barely helped

Kelly tells you to put back in the gas you used (3/4 tank out, 3/4 tank in), not sure what the charge is if you don't....$15 I think?

Why?..was it that bad!?!? I hate that smell as well, but luckily I haven't been stuck w/ a loaner from there that reeked.

They used to charge $5.00 per quarter of a tank...but now that prices are up, they charge $10 per quarter of a tank..... (it says it on that slip you sign when they give you the loaner).

Yeh damn people smoke and smoke and smoke. They just don't care.
Some people bring the cars back freakin a retarded mess with like cigarette burns on the pillars.
I'll find out which car is their's and go smoke in it.

Hey, what grade of gas do dealers put iin the loaners? I bet 87, which is sad. I doubt other customers have integrity to buy 93 and even show proof that they topped off before turning it in...
