Stuck in Snow

Yeah there was about 1/2 inch on the ground and I couldn't make it to the end of my driveway. My neighbors laughed, my co-workers laughed, then I laughed that their cars can't go over 80. But the day ended good because even though I had to stay late for work all I had to do was sign papers approving my company sponsored trip to Texas next week. If I see any nice G's I'll snap a pic.

FYI: I live a mile away from work so I just walked.

summer tires + 1/2" of snow + 5 or 6 Beers = spun off the road and cracked oem front lippp! hahahahahaa

You could get snow tires and throw some sandbags in the trunk to get better traction.....OR.....do what i did.....buy an Evo!

Yeah fvck AWD. If I wanted an EVO I could have saved myself money over buying a G35. But I was thinking about getting some sandbags / salt bags / kitty litter, what ever.

My blizzaks worked great this morning. Coming out of my driveway and up the block, they spun a bit, I slid at first, but then traction kicked in and it went up no problems. I enjoy the RWD all year round.

They may not be the worst, but it is the worst car I've owned for the snow.

What I want to do is put all-seasons on the stock rims and get a set of racing rims with DOT Racing tires. But it seems suck a waste to me if I do that now as my tires only have 4000 miles on them.

Snow sucks. I dread getting caught in a snowstorm in the middle of the day. I watch the news faithfully now just for weather reports to decide weather I am going to work or not!
