Need wheel refinishing or powder coating in NYC/LI area

Need wheel refinishing or powder coating & used rear oem pads in NYC/LI area
Anyone know where I can find a decent wheel refinishing place that won't cost a fortune in the NYC/LI area? I wan't to drop them off locally to save on shipping and time. I got some coupe 18's I wanna put on my sedan that have some minor rash and need cleaning up.
Not sure if I wanna go the powder coat route, might be too much I think. I know it's far better tho.
What do you guys think?
I also need to get some used rear non Brembo oem 03-04 pads to hold me down until I get my wheel and OEM Brembo situation solved. $20 beats throwing em in the garbage for 0 bucks.
