Help: Recommend dealership in Boston area

I am having grinding issues when I shift into 5th gear and I seem to have issues when accelerating out of 1st and 2nd gear.

I want to bring my car into a dealership that is honest so I want to see where people recommend because of their own personal experience.

I live in the Boston area, so is there a dealership that people recommend?

Thanks!

WIL

Talk to Nigel down at Herb Chambers on Comm Ave.. Tell him Erik with the LR coupe sent you down there. He's cool.

Wow, Kelly Infiniti in Danvers are good!

I spoke with Tom and I mentioned to him that my 5th gear was grinding and that someone mentioned that it could be that the 5th gear synchro and he knew exactly what I was talking about and said that they would probably have to replace the tranny!

Tom didn't question me or say that it wouldn't be covered unlike the guy at Herb Chambers. I am very impressed so far. Not only can I drop the car off this Monday at 7am but they're giving me a loaner car! I am very impressed so far!

Damn with the deal with Chambers? I've never had any problems with them since I've had my G.

Stay away from Herb Chambers Infiniti. That place is so unprofessional you wouldn't believe. I recently brought my car in to get a few things fixed. Originally, I was told my car would take 5 hours to fix and it ended up taking a day and a half. On top of that they don't even call you to give you updates whenever the job runs past the specified time they gave you. I had to call them three times myself just to find out what the hell was going on with my car.

Nigel actually never even called me back, but I'm sure he's busy... He must be ok to deal with if some people recommend him.

I'm just happy so far with how quickly Kelly Infiniti was to have me bring my car in so that they can get to work in diagnosing the problem. Like I said before, so far so good, but my car ain't fixed yet, so I don't want to give them the two thumbs up just yet...but they're doing the right things right now.
