Is there a go-kart track/facility around NJ/NYC ?

They are officially open. I stopped by this place on my way home from work...
WOW! Not a good wow, but a "Wow, this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen."
I don't know if things are still pending and they need to get their act together. It might just be a soft opening to see how things are going.
The track:
It's all indoors. Not air conditioned. I was sweating my ***** off just watching. They have big *** vents all around that are open, which look like they can be closed for an HVAC system. But me thinks thats more for heating in the winter than air conditioning in the summer. It's a pretty fun/challenging track with several hairpin and banked turns. The karts themselves seem to go pretty fast. Enough to allow one to power slide through the turns without a swedish flick and fast enough to require helmets.
Helmets are provided.
Now for the scary part:
Only every other driver seemed to have on a HANS device. No clue what the deal was with that. Either make the karts go slower so you don't need one, or outfit all the cars/drivers with one. You aren't crashing into used tires or bales of hay. A solid metal frame that will stop the kart dead in its tracks on impact. I've had it happen to me down the shore and my neck/***** hurt for a week. Granted, I was focking around with my friends at the time, but these karts seemed to go faster and people with **** around before getting kicked out.
The facility:
It's like an old school roller rink. You have the track enclosed in the middle, and around it you have a food area (didn't check prices), arcade, and simulators. They have Formula 1 and F-18 simulators. I don't know if you can race separately, but all the units seem to be setup for mutiplayer where everyone is in the same race/dogfight.
Hours:
2pm - Midnight seven days a week SWEET!!!!! They open earlier on the weekend but I forget the times. I just know they shutdown midnight everyday.
Cost:
$22 for a "membership/license." You can not race without one. Makes sense so they can take away your license for bumping and not following track rules. I believe you also get a helmet sock with your membership for hygiene. It's $19 per race. Each race lasts about 10 minutes. I don't know if the initial cost of membership includes a race. Smart business sense says it would, but the people running this joint aren't exactly smart from what I observed. They have flyers for you to take home, but it just has the same info that is currently on their website. No pricing or hours on it whatsoever.
I asked about kids or a beginner track.
"There is only one track. Kids and beginners use it too."
"So how exactly does that work?"
"We don't know. We haven't figured it out yet."
Pure genius.
The simulators run $9 each.
Even the parking lot was designed by a retard. Its all a one way, so you have to take a lap around the building and to find the exit, you have to cross over the entry ramp. Thats just a bunch of accidents waiting to happen. The lot is connected to the Mitsubishi dealership in Maywood next to Essex Ave, so maybe they will work something out with them to allow people to exit through the dealership lot instead.
Hopefully I can convince a bunch of friends to try this place out over the weekend. But driving to a place where you are gonna drop at least $40 and be done with it under an hour doesn't seem financially sound. They'll definitely need to offer season passes or a 2-3 hour pass to stay in business. But I love the sign that said "You have 90 days after your race to report an injury to management."

Nah, I just haven't had a chance to polish them up to put back on. My house got flooded during that massive storm several weeks back, so most of my free time is spent fixing up the damage instead of doing car stuff. I don't want to put them on and them take them off again later for a proper polishing. Rather just leave them off since I barely wash the car anyway these days.
