Rolling in MD,DC or VA?

Just had my rims put on and of course the rear's rub. The wheels are 19x9.5
+42. I am lowered on Tein basic's and right know the rear set is raised higher than I would like to allow some room for wheel travel. Please! Are there any GOOD shops in the MD,DC, VA area that can roll the rear fenders properly? Please help! Please!
