wondering if anybody knows or had a clear bra install in the central N.J. area...my car has taken quite a beating traveling the Garden State Parkway so far this winter...I'm thinking about repainting the front bumper in the spring and doing a clear bra any help or advice would be appreciated...2old4this

I had thomas come down from www.se-ex.com. He did it when I picked up the car at Ray Catena in Edison. He did a really nice job, he only charged and extra $40 for travel.

what I mean is are there any nicks in the surface of the clear bra? It would stink to have the paint looking good underneath a film thats all pitted from the road debris etc...thanks again..<font color=blue>2old4this</font color=blue>

Looks great. I did get my first paint chip the other day right above the line of the bra on the hood! ?! That just hurts. I thought about getting the entrie hood done but everyone say its not worth it.

Anyway, Thomas gave me instructions on how to take care of it and a sample bottle of a Silcon cleaning agent which is suppose to help seal it. So far, no problems.

Here is a little tid bit if you are interested:
I went to www.se-ex.com, and emailed them for a price...here was there response:
The price for the clear bra is $490 installed(leading edge of hood+fenders(up to top of headlights), and front bumper). Add $150 for the complete front bumper and back of the mirrors. The rear bumper coverage to protect from parking damage is $190 installed. And the tint for the 5 windows is $250 installed. 10% off total for the clear bra + tint.
