Hi all,
Just wanted to let those of you know that Infiniti of Willow Grove has finally hired a competent staff and actually gets things done right and in a timely manner. If you've read my posts in the past about this dealership, the techs there were total scam artists. Long story short, they failed me for inspection and said my pads were failing. I took it to my gf's dad who is a Toyota mechanic and he measured all of my pads. They were all passing!
Since then, the tech that worked on my car has been fired. I brought my car recently back to Infiniti of WG for the 30k maintenance. They have a great new service advisor (Michele Holwood) and a great tech (Mike Wilson). Michele kept me updated on my car and let me know what was going on. Mike installed my in-cabin air filter for free and replace my speaker that was buzzing due to a mount that was broken (I didn't even ask him to look at it, but he had the door open already and noticed it). If you ever go to Infiniti of WG, ask for these people specifically to work on your cars!
I spoke to Mike to see if he is willing to do side jobs for forum people and he said he would be happy to. If you would like to contact him, he can be reached at his email techmikew@hotmail.com.
Can't say enough how great this experience was.

Now somebody PLEASE tell me why you wouldn't want this kind of advertising for your business? Why to dealerships screw over people and think that it won't effect their business?
When I get good service (like you guys did), I crow about it!

I agree, Texas. I think it's every consumer's responsibility to post stuff like this. I'm honest when service is good, and honest when it's bad.
It's like a democracy...it's how we as consumers can weed out the bad and ensure that we get what we deserve.
So let's hear some other reviews of dealerships!
