I responded in the other thread as well. Go with the manual, I wish I had.

 

I row in Philly a lot. Traffic is not a problem if you know where to drive, when there is traffic. Navi helps when you are getting use to the patterns; however, Fridays 4-7 just blow.

 

agreed, I drive home on 76 from school and we sit in traffic. Thats why I'm trying to decide what is best.

I just deal with the traffic. You can't get a "sports" car and have an automatic...there is something just not right about it. I have driven manual my whole life (except for now; but that is going to change soon) when I lived in Manhattan and now Philly. I love driving stick. I've lived in Philly for 8 years and have dealt with all the traffic everywhere. Good luck.
