I've been exchanging nods, waves we fellow G owners wherever I see them but what happens today? I get a nod from an A4 driver! Nice to know that some other drivers give us our props. Is this a common practice? There are some other cars out there I'd like to give the nod to.

I do nod..I don't necessarily wave (they might think I am interested in the guy and not the car)...but I do nod...sort of like people on motorcycles...they always raise a hand to each other.

i posted another post, but in the town i live in there are so many damn coupes. i'm not shitting you when i say there are almost 7 coupes within a 3 block radius of where i live. tb, dg, 2 blacks, white, 2 lrs..... there's only one black coupe that ever acknowledges me, and we always see eachother!

i always nod, wave my hand, give them the right of way, etc....

btw, anyone on this board own the black coupe that is always parked in the pharmacy parking lot on the ave here in north arlington?

 

I miss 'the nod'. I used to drive an old Jeep CJ7, and all Jeep owners give a wave to each other.

My car now is a Miata. I tried waving to other owners, but they are all snobs ('cept me, of course) =).

Can't wait to get my G and join the club. Of course, I'm sure most CT G drivers will be snobby as well, but even one wave would make me happy.

 

There's some bada$$ Mercedes sport coupes and vettes in my neighborhood I'm gonna nod. The Audis and BMWs make me yawn because there's so many of them. But I'd nod you're Miata. : )

Really??? They nod in Jersey? I saw a guy in his CB coupe this evening, and he didn't even look my way. He trailed me in the next lane for a bit, then I trailed him. I caught up to him, and at no time did he even look . It was on NJ turnpike around exit 10, at 7PM at night. I guess not everyone is as excited as us to own such a beautiful car. Anyway, I'll keep nodding regardless
