he meant if you have mods, what dealer wont mind..
example u got ztube, pop charger, drilled rotors, hawk pads.

What dealer wont say oh yeah we wont fix that rattle in your engine because you added a ztube

f*ck Ramsey... Sh*t service and always an excuse when something is broken. Went a week without my car cause they coudnt get my windows working. They did the headlight recall on my 06 and sure enough they didnt put half the clips in the wheel well back and it came apart while driving... Finally they never fixed my brakes issue and ended up totalling my door. With all that said and done all I was told was its not our fault...BS!!!

It is kinda crappy, im bringing it back for the 4th time due to my door creaking bout to do it myself. They also wouldnt address my clutch being extremely sticky to the point its dangerous especially bill hes a real d-bag.

Bump for the truth
I guess nobody can find a good dealer out this way. I guess excuses are the norm there I couldn't get bill to fix my 2nd gear grind and tranny noises. He said he had no idea where the noise was coming from??.. Hello I told you where it was coming from. Oh well.

I have no suggestions

Go to Circle Infiniti in West Long Branch, NJ. I take mine for service there and they don't question my mod's at all (intake,HID conversions, exhaust, etc.) They have never even mentioned to me about anything. They get what needs to be done and I am on my way. Highly suggest it, great dealership with great people.

Bill is one of the most knowledgeable car people at Ramsey, however, his intelligence makes him almost too smart for the job which is why everyone hates him. He knows how to cheat people better then anyone there and doesn't give a crap when someone actually knows more then him. He just brushes them off and sends them away.

Ramsey Infiniti is bar the worst service center you will ever go to. DO NOT try and mod anything there. I'm lucky and know the head of parts and services very well so they never give me an issue when I use aftermarket products but they are still a bunch of jackasses.

Douglas Infiniti Summit

I think Douglas Infiniti is our Mod Friendly Dealer's best kept secret, it is a nice small friendly dealer, that does not question anything and it is basically a customer service oriented business. I have Intake, rims, Double Din Head Unit conversion and viper alarm. THey never question anything unless it is something that has to do with the mod. I asked to have my ac checked out because it was blowing cold but not Ice cold, and they said because I changed the AC Controller they can't look at it, but if I put the original one back in, they will look at it which is fair. My horn doesn't work , but I put in the aftermarked jdm 350z horns so they said they can't look at that either, but I had an ABS light on and they fixed that and my fuel gauge was not working accurately and they gave me a brand new fuel pump. Not to mention a loaner. When you go to pick up your car they give you chocolates, 2 ferrero rocher, which is a nice way to give the pickle. Most other dealers would have said oh you have an intake, you voided your warranty specifically Ray Catena in Edison.

Isn't there a law about modding cars where the warranty isn't void unless the problem you're having is directly related to the modding you have done?

I read it here on the forum I think, or maybe infinitifx.org but either way does anyone know what this is?
