Doesnt Ray Catena have 2 showrooms? Which one did you go to? The sales guys in Bridgewater were pretty honest with me the 1 time I visited.

I can offer u my experience with them in Edison, trying to buy an 05G, We agreed on the price and paid for the down payment on my credit car. when it comes time to go check out the car they've brought in for me from other dealerships only to find out the window trim on the front driver door doesn't line up with the back door, off by a 1/4 of an inch. No deal then. A year earlier I had good experience with a sales man named *** Catena and almost made a deal except I wasn't that serious and he even sent Christmas cards to me months later. The worse jack ars is the service manager Shaun at Bridgewater Infiniti. He discriminated me by refusing to service my 08 car under warranty since it's been services at other dealers before when in fact they were the one that caused my steering wheel to be crooked the 1st place. He even refuse to do my wheel balance work since I bought the tires from Tirerack even with the understanding I'm paying top dollars for the service. I've had to explain to them they can get the before and after print outs from their Hunter machine so as long as I get that, won't go after them if the tires can't be balanced. They are a new dealership and from my experience, the service department don't really know what they're doing in terms of troubleshooting real problems. For all I know they may not even care and only want dollars so screw them, won't buy my next car from them.
If it's any comfort the G I bought came from Flemington Infiniti and they too charge almost $400 in processing fees and the service manager called me up after I drove the car home asking for a few more hundred for my new plates since they weren't able to transfer it from my trade in vehicle since it was under my gf's name. I told them not my fault, take it out of their profits and the sob was bugging me for like half an hour.
