Getting 04 G Coupe 6MT

I know I should know this stuff, but I figured I just need to confirm.

I am looking to get an 04 G35 Coupe 6MT Brilliant Silver. I have a couple questions...

1. It comes with splash guards, can these be removed and if so, are they screwed in?

2. I need to get a front lip put on, but I also need to purchase (VIN!!). Hoping that Drew will put on for me. =D

3. It comes with the stock wheels (style) but chrome and I am having them swapped out for the OEM ones, I hate chrome. Anyone got used but in great condition tires? (It may need new ones)

Thanks guys.

Thanks! I was told the screws are on the inside, so you won't see them.

Oh and I believe the splash guards are only drilled through the front and held by tape on the sides so if you take it over...as long as you can get the tape residue off...you should be ok.

Not sure if it is a record, but yea...3rd coupe and 4th Infiniti overall. LOL

I was told they are held on by a screw from the inside so nothing should show on the outside, we will see. Thanks.

Don't like it...where would you like me to begin? LOL

- sits higher then g35
- cutoff back end, too short and girly looking
- too much money then the g35s; underpowered for the price
- no brembos
- just doesn't look as beefy as the older one
- my gialla grill won't fit on it
- should've bought a MKIV supra turbo

Same reasons why I am buying another G35. I would rather have a modded G35 then a G37 that I would still have to pay off.

the rear bumper is drilled along the bottom inside edge for the installation of the rear splashguards. you may be able to see the holes from behid if you take them off.

couple things. g37 sits lower. it is also slightly longer and wider. comparably equipped g35 and g37 differ in price by maybe 3k-4k. a used, 10 year old supra in good shape with decent mileage will go for 20k more than your 04 g35.

i know that about the supra, still the 98 Supra Turbo is my dream car. one day!

i've seen the g35 and the g37 next to each other and the g37 looks a little higher then the g35. just my opinion, i do not like it. we just picked up an 03 G35 Coupe 6MT silver and i am hopefully picking up another 04 G35 Coupe 6MT for myself early next week. WAHOOO!!!
