NoVa / DC G Drivers.
Anyone with 07-08 sedan sport or 08 G37 want to trade for my '05 BMW M3 Convertible?
Nice Gs everyone! I'm in the NoVa area and hope to join the ranks soon. I'm not 100% sure I'll put my M3 up for official sale yet, so this is just a feeler (I prefer to work out a trade.) Take a look if you've ever thought of trading for an M3 Convertible:
Details from my draft I'm thinking about posting when I'm sure I want to sell it:
Thinking of selling or trade, let me know if you're interested:
2005 BMW M3 Convertible- Alpine White/Cinnamon Nappa Leather with about 35k miles, navigation, 19" factory wheels (75% tread life left on Toyo T1R Proxes tires I got last year.) Factory real brushed aluminum interior trim (& added stainless pedals and metal e-brake handle.) With the black carpets and dash/door accents and the cinnamon nappa leather seats and inserts on the doors it's the hottest interior I've seen. Great condition, running great, maintained at the dealership.
I've added an iPod interface (steering wheel control and iPod info on navigation screen), and a very nice and tasteful sound upgrade- Diamond Audio replacement front component speakers, a 3-channel Xtant amp and three JL audio 8W6 subs, mounted in the otherwise useless spare tire well (M cars don't have a spare), and the install is nicely covered (or can be shown off easily.) The car has navigation and bluetooth/BMW assist. I also have a factory Sirius module I installed and later removed at subscription renewal time since I was listening to nothing but the iPod.
Still under warranty until Feb 09 or 50k. Dealer tells me continued maintenance coverage is available for around ~$1300.
I'd love the car to end up in the hands of an enthusiast. It's a true beauty.
Am looking to get around $39k (or trade for a lightly used Infinity G35 4dr new style 2007 or 2008 w/ sport package + cash, or maybe G37 coupe.) I also have a set of 18" Velocity Motoring BMW CSL rep wheels (staggered width F/R) with Dunlop Winter Sport M3 snow tires (~80% tread left) available. They look great as well (BBS style), and I was going to sell them as a set separately in a classified or work them into a deal on the car if the buyer was interested.
I'd be happy to send detailed pics. I few I have on hand are below and stereo pic added. I'm in the Northern Virginia area new Dulles Airport (outside Washington DC)
