Good/Reasonably priced shops in VA/MD

Can anyone recommend any good shops for both performance/body/paint shops around my area.. i'm just very uneasy trusting random people w my car.. I know there are a dimes and dozen shops around here that charge u 500 for a bumper scratch, but i've just found myself looking for a shop for various reasons; installing tail light tint overlays, powdercoating my rims and in the near future, springs and exhaust .. so i just wanna know where all the people in the DMV *DC,MA,VA* go?

thanks,
-Rogue

Would like to know this too. A lot of people here recommend Royal Autobody in Rockville but I've found them to be priced a bit on the high end, but judging by the cars in their lot I'd say it's fitting to their clientele. Hoping to find a shop that will do everything OP said for a little more reasonable rates...
